Highlighting the studio’s recent book arrivals is Orson Scott Card’s first direct sequel to Ender’s Game, Ender in Exile. Ian McDonald brings us a collection of short stories, including the Hugo Award winning The Djinn’s Wife. Editor Lou Anders has assured Adventures in Scifi Publishing that readers do not need to read McDonald’s River of Gods to appreciate and full grasp Cyberabad Days, but, of course, you should. Edward Lerner brings us a thrilling techno-thriller in Fool’s Experiments, and David J. Williams‘ debuts with a cyberpunk genre-bender with The Mirrored Heavens. Expect an interview with David in January.
Eric Knight very kindly sent us his books after the interview we did in episode 65. His Vampire Earth series has been very well received, and Shaun looks forward to digging into them. Lastly, Justina Robson brings us Book 3 of Quantum Gravity. Love those book covers.
